Sales Distribution Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent course
Proven work experience in Product & Sales Management
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate
recommendations to management
Strong problem solving skills
Computer literate particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
With excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills
With strong leadership and people management skills
Flexible and can work under pressure
Job Description:
1.Managing the entire Sales Department, directing and overseeing its sales policies, objectives and
initiatives
2.Mentoring and nurturing the relationship within the sales team and each member in order for
them to be motivated towards achieving objectives
3.Creating and implementing comprehensive sales and account management training program for
sales team to help each person reach the individual and collective goal.
4.Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
demographics
5.Leading (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) sales meeting to motivate work force
6.Maintaining a good business relationship with existing clients and expanding the company’s
customer base
7.Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assessing the quality of our company’s
relationship with them
8.Creating innovative programs to increase customer satisfaction
9.Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
10.Obtaining product market share to develop product sales strategies.
11.Assessing product market data by calling on customers with field sales people and evaluating
sales call results
12.Demonstrating an advance understanding of the market, competitors and economic indicators
13.Selling to existing and potential direct accounts as well as providing sales support to distribution
partners
14.Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales
forecasts and special reports and analyses
15.Providing frequent updates to senior management & other auxiliary departments
16.Working with senior management to set sales and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and
annual basis
17.Working with principals to devise and implement effective and innovative road-to-market
strategies
18.Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales,
advertising, and production
19.Ensuring accurate and consistent measurement of lead and lag measures, including setting
reporting protocols and administrative reporting responsibilities
20.Creating and overseeing development and project management processes
21.Traveling to meet with potential & existing clients as well as check of field sales staff execution of
direction
22.Performing other functions deemed necessary by the Board of Directors
