Nations Info Corp is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative working full time or part time to service our rapidly growing subscriber base. In our exciting, fast-paced environment, you will be a front-line representative, in charge of delivering exceptional customer service to subscribers by telephone and email. You will process new orders (or work to retain current customers), describe products and services, process cancellations, issue refunds, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must have prior customer service experience and bring their enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the team. This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, providing quality service and support
● Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable and document interactions appropriately
● Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
● Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
● Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
