Mr. Jerry C. de Leon

Mr. Jerry C. de Leon is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of San Carlos. At the age of 25, he became a full time Entrepreneur and established his own company, Lead Career Mover, a multi awarded Training and Recruitment Company based in Cebu.

With his passion for Training and Recruitment, he continually organizes programs to upgrade the lives of Filipinos through world-class trainings and constantly provides bigger career opportunities. He has been running Leadership and Customer Service training for local and national companies.

Along with his goal to develop a renowned Customer Service Progams, he has benchmarked service excellence in different countries worldwide including France, Korea, Japan, Turkey, Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, China and Vietnam. Furthermore, Jerry is also a Service Auditor in the Hotel Industry.

His mastery on both skills Entrepreneurship and Education lead him to embrace challenges in the area of Human Resource and he is a former Board of Trustee of People Management Association of the Philippines Cebu Chapter (PMAP Cebu) and was awarded recently as the Most Outstanding PMAPer of the Year, the highest award a PMAPer can receive.

Mr. Boom San Agustin

Boom San Agustin is an Entrepreneur and a Business Consultant for Philippines-based Start-ups and SMEs. Through Our-Knowledge Asia, he has helped Filipinos and foreigners who needed to set-up and/or develop their businesses in the Philippines by providing numerous services, like creating business plans, conducting competitor audits, providing agency services, and more.

He is one of the main proponents in the creation, development and implementation of the B.E.S.T. Workshop; which has been gaining popularity among seasoned and would-be entrepreneurs.
Boom also hosts the “SME Forum,” a TV Talk-Show on Entrepreneurship and doing business in the Philippines. The show airs on the Global News Network (GNN). Being an entrepreneur of note, he has also been featured in the 2012 edition of the Entrep-Planner.

Furthermore, Boom is a professional and decorated Motivational Speaker, Trainer and Writer; having written many articles on business in foreign and local online publications like, “This is Money,” “BBC Weekly,” “The Big NM” and “Euro Business Weekly” and won several (Toastmasters) public speaking contests. As such, he has been asked to speak in several Entrepreneurial events hosted by GoNegosyo, KaEntrep, JCI Manila (Entrep Summit) and more.
